Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FutuAge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties, including your clients.
Either party may terminate your access to the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination, subject to our data retention policies.
Our Service may integrate with third-party platforms and services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
You acknowledge that some third-party platforms may have additional requirements or restrictions that apply to your use of our Service in connection with their platforms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
